WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
At Persyou, we feel coaching sessions ideally take place face to face, however, connecting 'virtually' on the phone or Skype for example, makes it very convenient to fit in around peoples busy schedules and is fine too.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE A SESSION?
Clients usually choose one session a week or bi-weekly, which initially allows them to put ideas into action.
Going forward clients sometimes spread out their sessions as they move towards completing their goals.
HOW LONG WILL I NEED COACHING?
That depends on what you wish to achieve. Generally, clients commit to at least three months in order to see real sustainable change, however, bespoke packages can be arranged.
